Q. What kind of service is FSBO West KY?
A. FSBO West KY is a marketing service that aims to bring buyers and sellers of real property together while avoiding the high cost of Realtor™ commissions.

Q. What do I get when I subscribe to your service?
A. You will receive an online advertisement and web presence for your home with as much space as you need to describe it. You also receive a professional yard sign, access to change your ad 24/7 and the ability to upload as many as 8 photos of your property. See what’s included.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. You can advertise your home until Sold for $195 or 6 Weeks for $99. Four (4) additional pictures can be added to your listing for $15.00.

Q. How long does it take for my ad to be active?
A. That depends on method of payment. If using a credit card, your ad will be immediately accessible. Check or money order payments can take up to a week. Yard signs will be delivered 3-5 days after your ad is active.

Q. If I use my credit card to pay the advertising fee, is the FSBO West KY web site secure?
A. Yes. We use the best in secure 1024-bit Digital ID's for all transactions with support for any 40-bit and 128-bit encrypted browser.

Q. How long will my ad remain active?
A. If you choose the $195 Until Sold ad it will remain active until your property is sold, taken off the market or listed with a Realtor™. If you choose the 6 weeks for $99 the ad will start the day it is activated and will automatically end in 6 weeks.

Q. My house has sold, how do I remove it from the site?
A. Simply login and change your properties' status to SOLD. Alternatively you can also email info@fsbowestky.com and we will remove the listing for you and come to pickup your signage. Please make sure that all signs are available in your yard for pickup.

Q. Can I advertise a building lot, resort property or commercial building?
A. Absolutely. The advertising fee is the same amount $195 or $99.

Q. Can I simultaneously list my property with a Realtor™?
A. No, if you decide to list with a Realtor™ please notify us immediately. Send an email to info@fsbowestky.com and we will come pick up your signs. You may advertise in any other medium you wish while your property is listed with us.

Q. Can I make changes to my ad after it has posted?
A. Certainly! You can make any changes you like by logging in to your account at any time. You can change descriptions, change the photos you have uploaded or advertise upcoming open houses. You are in control of your listing; all changes are real time and will appear immediately.

Q. Who owns the signs?
A. The signs are the property of FSBO West KY. We will handle pickup and delivery, but you are responsible for any damage or theft of the yard sign (see our service agreement).
