Listing On-Line

1. Read what's included in your listing.
2. Read our service agreement.
3. Optionally, you may review our services order form before setting up your account.
4. Setup an account. (All subsequent steps will follow automatically from this step.)
5. Specify a telephone number for your yard sign.
6. Select the services you want to purchase.
7. Select payment method (check or credit card).
8. Create and edit your listing. You will be automatically directed to the create/edit-listing page.
9. We will contact you via email to set up a convenient time to deliver your signs (and take photos if needed).

Listing by Mail

1. Read what's included in your listing.
2. Read, print and sign our service agreement.
3. Print and fill out the services order form.
4. Print and fill out the homeowner's website information form.
5. Take up to eight pictures of your property and have them developed, put on a disk if digital or we will take the pictures when we deliver your signs.
6. Mark the location, free of underground utilities, where you want us to place your yard sign.
7. Make out a check for the amount of the services ordered to “FSBO West KY”.
8. Mail your check, your pictures, your completed services order form, the signed service agreement and your completed homeowner’s website information form to:

9. After we receive the payment and paperwork we will email you that your account has been set up. We will instruct you on how to login to the create/edit listing page and to set up a convenient time to deliver your signs (and take photos if needed).
